One of the biggest mistakes companies make is to put “call to speak to a sales rep” as their ONLY call to action on their homepage.
Why is it a mistake?
Because they’re missing a whole pile of leads who won’t even bother to call.

Your goals should be to focus on as many sales leads as you can attract, and how you can improve their business.
