Deloitte did a study and found that one in three people are waking up and reading emails in the middle of the night.

When you go to bed tonight…

Try putting your phone outside the bedroom. Turn off the text, email, and app alerts. Tell people who need to reach you in the middle of the night to CALL you.

When you wake up, give yourself 5 minutes before checking it.

The phone is your tool.

Don’t become the tool.

You owe it to yourself to live at least 5 minutes in the present every day.
