How do we avoid chasing prospects after sending them information?

Every day prospects ask us to “send over information.”

The trouble with this is…

We send it off…

And then we chase.

This is frustrating, time wasting, and energy sucking activity.

Instead of chasing, I’d engage.

So whenever I email a prospect information, I include one or two questions.

Like this:

Hi David,

Here’s a 1 page success story about a client in your industry.

It shows how we increased their hires by 30% in 3 months.

How do you feel about this number?


When I blend in thoughtful questions like…

“How do you feel about this number?”


Filler statements like…

“I’ll circle back next week to answer your questions”… (lame)

I magically increase my chances of getting a reply by 50%.

When you do the same, you’ll not only elevate your prospect’s interest in your solution…

But you’ll motivate them to take the next step towards working with you.
