How can sales reps defeat call reluctance?


Don’t be reluctant.

I follow the 5 second rule from Mel Robbins.

I countdown in my head backwards.

5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1 – DIAL

I pick UP the phone. Physical movement is key.

If I don’t pick up the phone within 5 seconds, I’ll hesitate and my mind WILL kill my goal.

Works great when my alarm clock rings at 5:00 am too.

It’s a no-brainer.
