Who, the only time I hear from…

Is when it’s renewal time.

Or…

When I cancel my subscription.

I don’t want to be one of those reps.

So, I try to give my customers a 5 star experience.

You’d be surprised how much they appreciate something as simple as a 5 minute monthly check-in.

Here’s what I say…

“Hey Cole. Just checking in to see how things are going? Any questions or concerns?”

Want to know what’s great about check-ins?

Check-ins are where upsells incubate.
